Team Rosenblatt

Riding in Service to Others

While fiercely driven to be the best in the industry in all that it does, when it comes to causes that matter and doing what’s right, the team at Rosenblatt Securities—a boutique tech research and investment bank and agency-only institutional broker—never hesitates to go the extra mile.

“We believe passionately and humbly that our role in the financial services industry, and in the capital markets more broadly, is to serve others with the highest level of integrity. Serving those outside of our client community and industry reinforces one our core values—doing what is right by others,” said Joe Gawronski, President of Rosenblatt Securities. “With this, we are honored and proud to be sponsoring and taking an active role in this year’s Wall Street Rides FAR.”

Set to make its debut in just a few short weeks, Team Rosenblatt Securities is gearing up to ride alongside cohorts from firms and organizations across the capital markets in support of the life-changing work enabled by the Autism Science Foundation. Encouraged to participate by Ride co-founder Bryan Harkins—and having heard for many years about just how much fun the event is—Gawronski shared that making the decision to sign up was an easy one.

“Partaking in events like the Ride helps us, individually and collectively, to stay grounded, achieve a greater sense of fulfillment and feel more connected to our broader community,” said Gawronski. “With this being our team’s very first Wall Street Rides FAR, we hope to gain an even greater sense of connectedness by putting our joint efforts into an activity that furthers our shared values of helping others.”

With founder Richard Rosenblatt having established the firm’s dedication to giving back in its early days, Rosenblatt Securities has a rich tradition of generosity and a strong passion for supporting philanthropic initiatives that are both local and universal in nature.

“With autism spectrum disorder (ASD) touching so many families we know, autism research and supporting those with ASD are causes that we have championed for a long time,” said Gawronski. “We strongly believe in the Golden Rule, and we are committed to putting our people and resources behind initiatives like Wall Street Rides FAR, which does so much to ensure those with ASD live rich, full lives.”

Gawronski noted that his firm’s efforts, whether to improve the markets or society at large, can only be achieved though teamwork.

“At Rosenblatt, our shared values prioritize health, family and giving back. Competitors become instant allies when coming together around these core values.  We also have always firmly believed that the different constituencies on Wall Street have far more in common than they think even though they may sometimes squabble over issues such as market data,” said Gawronski. “It’s great to have an opportunity like this to come together as an industry for a common cause and be reminded how lucky we all are to be part of the greatest capital markets in the world.”

“We want to thank the volunteers who give their time to making WSRF a reality, as we recognize that writing a check and getting to go on a fun bike ride are the easy parts,” laughed Gawronski. “We are looking forward to seeing everyone on October 2!”
